Osteosarcoma is a predilection for the femur, tibia and humerus and occuning in 1 of every 100,000 people. It occur in the head and neck area about 7%. It is arsing in second and third decade. The late of fifth decade is another peak period of this lesion. It has male predilection. But, in the osteosarcoma of the jaws the peak incedence of is 10 years later than that of in the long bones. Osteosarcoma of the jaws is first noticed as bony hard swellings of the buccal and ingual cotices with separation of teeth. The key to diagnosis for osteosarcoma is to find out the neoplastic osteoid accumulation surrounding the bone trabeculae, The osteoid accumulated area is mixed with fibroblast and chondroblast, The constituion rate of these three types of cells are varied to each lesion. Uncommon histologic feature of osteosarcom is reported in this paper.
